The first amazing statistic of the night!!This session is about holding your effort whilst we increase and then decrease the timed efforts. We’ll also be using a high cadence, so you’ll need to select a gear you can manage for the whole session - you can adjust this early on to get it right.It will keep your heart rates elevated and it will get you used to controlling your effort to prevent yourselves going into the red and blowing up.
